Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and and something is wrong with it, we will offer a refund or exchange. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we may refuse a refund but please get in touch with us about what the issue is for us to look into it.
Any of the following criteria’s must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective – If your salt product is not as it’s supposed to be, we will do our best to fix that or offer you a full refund.
- Product is not as described
- Product must be unopened
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. An order number, name and address is sufficient when you contact us to process the return.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first so we can effectively process the return.
If there is a fault on our end, we will cover the return delivery cost, otherwise you will be responsible for return delivery costs.

Please take care when packaging the salt goods when returning the goods. Some items such as salt slabs can be fragile in the post. If the product is found to us be damaged due to improper packaging then we may reject a refund, however most of the time the delivery company will compensate for damaged parcels on return.
