Finely ground for your convenience, this exquisite gourmet salt is mined by hand from ancient deposits. The remnants of long-dead seas, which dried up over 250 million years ago; seas free from pollution, the purity of which has been preserved in this unique tasty salt. A creamy white colour with the odd small grain or fleck of pink. This is almost completely sodium chloride, with no insoluble content. This still contains a large array of trace minerals, but in lower levels than the pink varieties. For salt purists, who just can't get enough!
