Himalayan Pink Salt massage balls can be warmed up or chilled, making them very versatile for use as a massage tool for the back, legs, feet, neck, or as stress balls. Beneficial to those who suffer from arthritis, fibromyalgia, and chronic pain. Himalayan Salt contains a vast array of naturally occurring minerals. The minerals gently exfoliate the skin, making it feel smooth and soft. Add a drop of your favourite essential oil to the salt ball to enhance your massage.
These balls are the optimal shape for massage, simply roll them over the desired area with a moderate amount of pressure (or whatever feels best). As you do this, the salt will pass through the skin and stimulate blood flow to the area.
